They materialised in the Power Chamber. Jason struggled to restrain Skye and Billy. He looked up to ask Zordon what was going on and was shocked to see nothing but a swirling column of scarlet fire in the transdimensional tube. "No, it is not. You see, Ninjetti will be routed through you, and you are not repelled or harmed by iron. The power, routed through your human energies, will be insulated from the effects of iron, so you would be able to fight Mondo's forces, should the need arise."
          "Dulcea?" interjected Billy. "You said my powers would be affected by the switch. How so?" "He saw the first one," Justin answered. Neither of them paused while they spoke; it was as though they were carrying on an internal dialogue out loud. "With the Power they can't get lost, so the worst that can happen is nothing. We'll tell him what happens later."

"It's not like he was that helpful last time, anyway," Andros heard Lee mutter. He saw his Psycho Ranger smirk at her in agreement, and he wondered if his own cynicism was rubbing off on her. When he saw Ashley trying to suppress a smile, he knew she'd had the same thought.

          "Your powers are already those of the Morphin Grid, Billy, so there will be some interaction between them. First of all, your Morphin Warrior abilities will be boosted to full Ranger status, since the Great Power will be altering the connection in your spirit. In effect, you will be drawing twice from the Grid, instead of once. You will have both your Morphin Warrior transformation and a Ninjetti costume. This is because the Morphin Warrior patterns have already been established, and the Great Power will create new ones for itself. However, the power inside you will be tapable from either form, and so you will be full strength no matter what incarnation you take."

"Alpha? Where's Zordon..." but he did not get a reply as Tommy suddenly teleported in cradling the form of Kimberly in his arms who was in a similar state to the other two. In fact Tommy himself looked none too good, appearing to be pale and trembling, which could be shock from Kimberly's condition but somehow Jason doubted that to be the case. With that Adam and Rocky appeared in separate streams of coloured light, looking like they were shaking with fear.
