Jason shrugged. It was not something that he had given a lot of thought to, they all knew Billy had the brains of the group...end of story.

" Well we all know he is clever. He was a grade ahead, and he graduated early."

Skye shook his head and then slapped his forehead melodramatically with the heel of his hand. "Give me strength!" he implored the world in general,"Let me put it another way--Billy understands Zord technology yes?" "You're quite right, Larad," replied Chardin. "And it's quite obvious that the lady is quite capable of using the abilities of the Sword to their utmost. The Sword has accepted her, which more than proves her worth."
          Jamie scanned the room. Trath looked halfway convinced, and Jalen, Chardin, and Larad were almost certainly swayed to her side. Sneris was still obviously skeptical, Walchis was oblivious, and Melchor was a lost cause. She sighed. "After Cassie's Psycho Ranger kidnapped me last spring I got in touch with the Robot Rangers again," Justin said, twisting to face her without skipping a beat. "Jay, who's me only with electronics instead of organs, wanted to try this crazy experiment with dimensional morphing, but he needed two people with the same Power to make it work. And since Storm Blaster charged my Turbo key for me, we were the perfect people for it.

"It didn't work at first, but eventually we realized it just wasn't working for us. It was working for someone else, somewhere, and that's when we enlisted Zordon's help to communicate with JT. JT is us, or at least me, in the dimension the Turbo powers originated in," he added as an aside. Glancing at the object in Andros' hands, he added, "That's a recording from the first time we got the keycomms to work between dimensions."

          One by one, the other men nodded, even Melchor, although he didn't look happy about it. Zarador sighed.
          "Very well then. In four days time, on the Day of Five Winds, this question shall be settled."

Jason nodded feeling on safer ground. "Yeah...he's built the battle helmets, the Warrior Wheel, the Red BattleZord...fixed them all up...but I thought that was something that came with the Power like knowing how to fight and pilot the Zords.....oh...." comprehension dawned. Billy hadn't had the Power when he did most of that.
