Billy walked into the hospital mentally preparing himself for his first sight of Kimberly since she had left to train for the Panglobals. It would be pointless to deny that he he'd had a huge crush on her...it would probably be accurate to say that there hadn't been a young hormonal male in Angel Grove High that had escaped her charm. Plus of course he'd had the advantage, or disadvantage of seeing her in all those skin tight Morphin' outfits. Trini was his true love, but that didn't take away special something from your first crush."I am at your service, Nukus. What is your command?" he asked, his voice sufficient to freeze nitrogen.
          Nukus could hardly believe his eyes. His greatest enemy, the leader of the Beetleborgs, was bowing before him. Kneeling would have been better, but Nukus knew not to push his luck.
          "Shadowborg, this is incredible! How did you accomplish this?"

She looked up at the sound of the door chime, glancing around in time to see Kyril pace into the community center. It was his wont to touch the chime upon entering, for his bare feet made no noise on the hard floor. His brother often complained that he was going to scare someone to death sneaking up on them unintentionally, so the Blue Ranger made the effort to alert others to his presence.

Cassie smiled in greeting before turning back to the list, knowing he wasn't likely to speak unless he had come specifically to see her. A moment later, though, she heard a tap on the counter behind her, and she turned to see Kyril leaning casually against it. His gaze was directed over her shoulder at the meal board, but his eyes wandered until they seemed to meet hers entirely by accident.

          "It wasn't all that hard," Shadowborg explained. "You and he aren't all that different, actually. He may fight to protect his town and his friends, but his heart is capable of just as much destructive rage as yours. I just put him into a receptive mood, pushed a few buttons, and let that side of him take over. Of course, I had to promise him a couple of things."

He knocked on Kimberley's door and walked in. He took in the sight of her packing her overnight bag and smiled.

"So you wait until I leave the country before coming home?" he said lightly. "Trying to tell me something?"

"Billy!" Kimberly cried out in surprise and hugged him tightly.
