There was a deathly hush in the Power Chamber as Tommy took off his helmet. The darkness had risen in him and was seeking a target to lash out at. The team stood frozen in place watching him warily as emotions warred within him. They did not know how badly injured Kim was but after falling down that cliff, it couldn't be good. The Red Rangers eyes lighted upon the unscratched though dazed artist and his anger crystallised, and found its focus.

"You! you were meant to get her out of danger immediately!" he vented in accusation, stepping forward. Skye reeled as if punched. (Billy understood then that still weak from the psi teleport he must be unable to block powerful emotion, either that or Tommy's anger was so strong that not even Skye's mental shield could deal with it. This was really bad.)"What is this place?" Chelsea asked, following Ecliptor into a building. "No, wait, I know what it is. Bars don't look that different from planet to planet. The question I should ask is why we're here?"
"There's not much we can do on the ship until Sholtor finishes his diagnosis. I'm looking for someone."
"Do they owe you a favor? Or the other way around?" Zhane lifted his gaze, staring at the Black Ranger curiously. "If you didn't think you could decide for yourself, why did you vote in the first place?"

"So what are we going to say to the Alliance?" TJ asked, into the silence that followed Zhane's question. "And why are they waiting to talk to us when the Kerovan Council didn't bother asking Zhane and Andros?"

"Because the Council is stupid," Zhane muttered under his breath.

There was another silence, until finally Kerone spoke. "Zhane and Ashley and I were talking about that last night," she told TJ. "The Council was wrong not to confer with us. I wasn't convinced the Alliance would do any better, but it looks like they're at least trying. If they'll listen, I think you should tell them what we just decided."

Ecliptor chuckled, scanning the room. "Neither, actually. I've got a- mutually beneficial arrangement to suggest." Chelsea followed his gaze. As she'd said, it really didn't look all that different from a bar on Earth. There were tables, a dance floor, and a number of people sitting at the bar itself, drinking away. The only difference was that the patrons looked like something out of the Mos Eisley Cantina.
"So why did you want me to come?" she asked. She didn't trust Ecliptor any farther than she could throw him.
          "The arrangement concerns you."

"You are responsible! What the hell were you thinking! I TOLD you to get her to safety! It was the first thing I said, Why didn't you listen!? Was it too difficult for you to understand that she wasn't safe without the protection of the Power? You might as well have pushed her off the cliff yourself...and for all we know you might have done that!." He accused lashing out viciously.
